Hello Everyone:
Just wanted to share an update from today's visit to Town & Country Nursing Center, for the Monthly Service. Lynne, my wife has not been able to enter Town & Country since March of this year. We have been able to make some short videos of encouragement for the Activity Directors to show the residents, and we have also been able to do some Window Visits to some of the folks.
Last month, and also today we were able to meet with a number of residents in Court Yards to have a Service. Today was a special and unique day. There were about 10-13 attendees who came out.
One very special thing that happened today was during our time of singing Worship Songs, I mentioned to the folks about an old Hymn called "Showers of Blessings" I mentioned to them about holding an umbrella upside down to catch all the Spiritual Rain that the Lord sends to us. Would you believe that at that moment, the sprinkler system came on, and everyone had to make a run inside, with the help of the staff, We all got a good chuckle out of and it made us think that God has a sense of humor
At the end of the Service, there were 5 hands that went up for Salvation and to be Born Again, as we had explained to them in our message for today. God is Great, and He is Faithful. Thank you, Jesus.
