A Friend that has Passed:

It never ceases to amaze me about the Church Body of Christ, that makes up Lowell Assembly of God; We are not the best church in town, nor do we claim too be, but there is a love among the people that is unmistakable.

1 Corinthians 12:12 KJV
(12)  For as the body is one, and hath many members, and all the members of that one body, being many, are one body: so also is Christ.

The posting of an outpouring of prayers, love and comfort that we have seen on FB as of late, is a testament of the Power of Christ living within the hearts of those who attend our church. Yes; we will indeed lift up Marcel and his family in their time of need. Yes; we will be there for them, to lend our support. Yes; we will give them a shoulder to cry on; Yes; we will give them a huge hug of comfort. Why you ask? Because Jesus Christ has done those very same things, and so much more. Let the church stand up and come to the aid of those who are hurting, and share our love with them, as Christ has shared His Love with each one of us.

Marcel; girls, grandma; we will weep beside you in the loss of Michelle; But she is not gone forever; she has just gone on before us.
